It is important to have dryer vent cleaned and inspected yearly, as the build up of lint is highly flammable. This can decrease the efficiency of your dryer.

CHIMNEY SWEEP & INSPECTION
A chimney sweep and level two inspection with video scan of the flue, we also check for gas leaks and do a roof top inspection to ensure the fireplace is safe to use
CUSTOM CHIMNEY CAPS
You could need a new chimney cap, if you have experienced any of the following.
• Water or condensation inside the firebox
• Sound of dripping water in the chimney
• Moisture, leaks, or water staining on walls or ceilings around chimney
DRYER VENT CLEANING
A clogged dryer vent will make your dryer less efficient. If your dryer is running longer than normal or more than one cycle per load, you're slowly decreasing the life of your dryer.
AIR DUCT CLEANING
When was the last time you had your air ducts cleaned?
Air duct cleaning removes the dust, pet dander, allergens and other contaminants that existing the ductwork. All components of the system are included; the supply, return, air ducts and vents. Air duct cleaning involves powerful vacuums that pull dust and debris from deep within, preventing it from moving and circulating throughout your home.
GAS LOG INSTALLATION
Gas logs can be installed in most existing or new fireplaces.
There are two types of gas logs: vented and vent-free. Vented gas logs require the chimney flue to be open and look more like a wood fire. Vent-free logs, in a vent free system, delivering more heat.
